@Mareyah .....u have to add green chillis and raisins also...there are two varieties of flattened rice...u have to use the thick one...hope u like it..:)

Add oil in a fry pan....shallow fry cachewnuts and peanuts...and keep aside....then put some mustard seeds into oil....when it sprinkles add onion....when it changes colour add small pieces of potato carrot...fry it till it is soft...add Haldi powder salt and sugar....according to taste...then add the poha and dry fruits mix it well...garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate...

I will give u the detail recipe....its dry so u have to clean it with water twice and keep aside...it will become soft..

Its called Poha... U can get it at LuLu or any other grocery shop...:)

@Mareyah ...... The main ingredent is flattened rice and u can add few vegetables like carrot, onion, potato and dry fruits..
